Port area locked at the weekend, change in atmosphere – spare space within the area at
certain times.

• Use and reuse of structures – very Marseilles.

Possibility of working within existing structures/permanent/temporary/mixed time basis.
Possible ideas of festival activities, for a core of performance spaces.

• Industry being brought back into the city. Re appropriation of space.
• Need for medium performance space within the city.
